I'm Rana. I build nutrition plans around your health, your goals and your everyday life, then stay with you week by week until they work.

My approach
A good plan starts with listening. Before I suggest a single meal, I want to understand your health, your routine and what you actually like to eat. Then we build something you can keep doing long after the first month.
Every plan is grounded in your medical history, lab results and real nutrition science.
Your goals, allergies, culture and taste shape the plan, not the other way round.
Regular check-ins to track progress, answer questions and adjust what isn't working.

Questions
Yes. I've followed clients remotely for years, so wherever you are, we can work together over WhatsApp and video calls.
They help, especially for medical conditions, but they're not required to start. If something needs checking, I'll tell you what to ask your doctor for.
No. A plan you hate won't last. We'll find room for the foods you enjoy and adjust portions and timing around them.
Usually once a week. We review your progress, how meals taste and feel, and tweak the plan before small problems become big ones.
Tell me a little about your goals and I'll get back to you to plan your first consultation.
